Dynamic AI - Business Intelligence for Eclipse-fm®.
Utilising the freedom of the Web Browser interface, the Dynamic AI option is an effective Business Intelligence system which is supplied specifically tailored to provide web based reporting for Eclipse-fm®.
When installed, in depth, dynamic management reporting is available to anyone granted access to the Eclipse-fm® database through Dynamic AI, and does not impact on your Eclipse-fm® user license count. This makes Dynamic AI an ideal management tool for those in the Trust who need management data but are not involved in the day to day running of Eclipse-fm®.
Dynamic AI can provide both in-depth analysis of large amounts of data, starting with the broad overview and allowing instant drill down to identify specific details - overdue tasks etc.
The broad overview lends itself to presentation via a control "Dashboard" as above. Data is "live" and therefore right up to the minute.
Dynamic AI is supplied already set up to your Eclipse-fm® installation, and it is designed to allow you to easily and effectively explore your data, adding considerably to your abilities to analyse and manage your FM Department activities.
