Asset Management Safety Action Bulletin Alerting
Safety Action Bulletins are notices of work that needs to be done in order to ensure the continued safe operation of some device or item of equipment. They will typically relate to a particular model, and their implementation requires that the numbers and locations of all instances of the model concerned be known. Then work tickets need to be issued for each instance, and tracked until each is completed. The overall Action Bulletin cannot be considered closed until all instances have been dealt with.
In the absence of a system to manage these, that can be a lot of work. The Eclipse-fm® Safety Action Bulletins system automates the whole process:-
- Safety Action Bulletins may be allocated to any Equipment Model/Type
- Bulletins are visible for each instance of Model/Type
- Tasks to implement requirements of Action Bulletin are created for each Model/Type
- Implementation tasks are managed as a group task, which is not complete until all tasks are complete
