Eclipse-fm® becomes fmfirst®-estates and facilities
Eclipse-fm® has taken on a new identity and Eclipse-fm® v7.1 was officially relaunched as fmfirst®-estates and facilities in November 2012 following Asckey’s aquisition of the system. Existing users were automatically provided with the newly branded system which retains all original functionality plus some system enhancements.
The acquisition corresponds with a period of sustained product innovation and development. Independent ownership has given our in-house NHS specialist developers the required freedom to take Eclipse-fm®/fmfirst® functionality to the next level, further suoporting trusts in meeting their regulatory and cost saving obligations.
As a result of direct user consultation, version 7.1 fmfirst®-estates and facilities delivers improvements in: user access constraints, system navigation, view and search functionality - all added to support current NHS FM working practices.
Also included are a series of back-end enhancements, developed specifically to support a range integration options.
