The Eclipse-fm® Staff Admin module not only allows you to track the leave and other absences for your staff, more importantly it allows you to plot these absences against future work and judge their affects when planning workload . This will enable you to make any necessary changes, either to the work load, or to the proposed absence, in order to accommodate future Trust maintenance needs
It includes a year end process which allows for the resetting of leave allocations and other forecast absence, including leave carry over into the next year.
Leave allocation also checks for both attempts to book more leave than entitled, and accidental duplicate requests.
