The Eclipse-fm® Financial Control system integrates Purchase Orders & Stock Control and uses a combination of Cost and Budget Centres to provide a flexible reporting and analysis structure.
Details of current Balances, Income, Invoices and Commitments are maintained on line from the Purchase Orders Module.
The linking together of the Eclipse-fm® Financial Control, the Purchase Orders and Stock Control Modules gives you complete control over all your financial records in a full but easy to use Financial Control System.
The Budget Centre tab shows the same details as for Cost Centre below
Direct entry views allow for setting up initial values, adjustments and postings from one Budget or Cost centre to another. For for those not creating requisitions and/or orders locally, these allow the Financial Control module to be used in a direct mode to monitor commitment, invoices and credit notes against orders.
