An Introduction to Eclipse-fm® Training
The Eclipse-fm® training program is carefully designed to help you make the most of the wealth of features in the Eclipse-fm® application. Like the application, it is modular in nature and can be tailored to fit the needs of your individual organisation.
Key to an effective Eclipse-fm® installation is the two day Introduction to Eclipse-fm® course which is designed to be taken primarily by system managers and supervisors as part of the installation and implementation process. These two days cover installation of the product and the different ways in which the system can be set up to handle different working practices. It also includes the key Task Management, Asset Management and Web Eclipse modules. Time is also made available to discuss hospital specific requirements
This introductory course is essential for those new to Eclipse-fm®, and we caution that training Help Desk staff only, or in advance of the system manager is counter productive.

Previous Experience Assumed
System Managers
- Familiarity with versions of Windows used in their department
- Capacity to assume Administrator rights on at least one PC in their department
- Access to the Internet
- Previous managerial responsibility in a Job Management role
Other Staff
- Basic computer and Windows literacy
- Knowledge appropriate to the modules being taken

Training Dates for the period July-Dec 2010it
Training courses are held on a regular basis at Asckey Data Services Ltd offices near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire for up to six members of staff. We may be able to accomodate dates other than these, but please contact us well in advance for dates other than those below.
