This is a relatively straightforward process.
Once the Hosting Contract is signed, the following happens
- We provide you with the information your IT Department will need in order to allow access through the Trusts firewall. Because we are operating over secure NHS Net (N3), with our servers located within the bounds of the NHS private network, there are no concerns as to "WWW" security, or needing external authority to approve any such access.
- You will need to provide us with a copy of your Eclipse-fm® system data in order to set up an initial "proof of concept" service. Depending on circumstances, this may be the actual "to be run as live" data, but we are quite happy if you would like an initial test run before final commitment. We know how important achieving smooth day to day operation is!
- We make provision for a technical visit to both enable the connection, and prove that such locally specific things as printiing is set up correctly.
- If you are new to Eclipse-fm® we will also begin the process of familiarising you with its operation, which we will continue on-line as you begin to use the product.
- Optionally, after a trial period, you will need to "freeze" your usage of your local Eclipse-fm® installation, we will replace the initial "test" copy of your data with your newly copied live data.
That really is all!
