Eclipse-fm® provides a simple but effective qualifications management system.
Details of qualifications held by staff members can be recorded, including expiry dates where qualifications need to be renewed to remain in force.
Any task can have necessary qualifications recorded against it.
When that task is scheduled, if the FM Operative allocated to do it is not appropriately qualified, then Eclipse-fm® will ask for, and record, a specific acknowledgment of the allocation, allowing for the exigencies of the "real world" while encouraging the application of best practice.
